Diet
Breakfast: Oatmeal with nuts and honey
Mid-morning: Tuna, ricecake, apple, boiled egg
Lunch: Butterbean stew, steamed veg
Mid-afternoon: Tuna, ricecake, apple, boiled egg
Dinner: Lots and lots of meat. We went out to a Brazilian restaurant with an all-you-can-eat meat buffet.
